Terms of Service

Last updated 29 September 2026. The short version: only publish genuine testimonials, with the giver’s permission, and tell us when something is wrong.

1. The agreement

These terms apply to Praiseboard, operated by DanixSoft (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them, for yourself and for any business you sign up on behalf of. People who only leave a testimonial through a collection link do not need an account; the privacy policy explains how their data is handled.

2. Early access and price

Praiseboard is free during early access: every feature, with no card required. Walls show a small "Powered by Praiseboard" badge, which can be switched off. Pricing will be announced before early access ends, and nothing is charged automatically.

Features may change while the product is in early access. We will tell you before we remove something you rely on.

3. Your account and team

  • Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Owners decide who is on a space’s team and should remove people who no longer work with them.
  • Give accurate details when you sign up.

4. Genuine testimonials only

Social proof only works if it is real. You agree that you will not:

  • publish testimonials you wrote yourself, invented, paid for without disclosing it where the law requires, or got from people who are not real customers;
  • present an imported testimonial as coming from someone who did not give it;
  • use a display name or title to misrepresent who gave a testimonial.

A giver’s words cannot be edited in Praiseboard, by design. You are responsible for your testimonials being genuine and for following the laws on endorsements, reviews and advertising where you and your customers are.

  • Testimonials collected through your link record the giver’s agreement to publishing. When you import testimonials, you confirm you have each author’s permission to publish them; only import those you do.
  • If a giver asks you to remove their testimonial, remove it promptly. Hiding it takes it off every wall; deleting it removes the record and its files.
  • If we receive a removal request we believe is valid and you do not act on it, we may hide the testimonial.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Praiseboard to:

  • host content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
  • collect testimonials from children without a parent’s or guardian’s consent where the law requires it;
  • store files that are not testimonials or brand assets, or use collection links as general file hosting;
  • send spam, or try to break, overload or get around the limits and security of the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content and ours

You keep the rights you have in your content, and givers keep theirs in their words, image and voice. You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run Praiseboard for you, including showing approved testimonials on your walls. The Praiseboard software, design and brand belong to DanixSoft.

8. Walls and embeds

Walls are served from our domain, including when embedded in your website. By default they show a small “Powered by Praiseboard” line, which you can switch off. If a space is closed, its walls and collection links stop working.

9. Availability

We work to keep Praiseboard available and your data safe, but during early access the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which during free early access is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending use

You can stop using Praiseboard at any time and ask us to delete your account and data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

12. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; we will tell you about significant changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection the law where you live gives you. Questions: contact DanixSoft.
