You send them your collection link. They write a few sentences or record a short video in the browser, add a star rating, their name, title and optional photo, and tick a box agreeing to publishing. No account is needed.

No. Every testimonial arrives in your inbox as pending. It only appears on your walls after you approve it, and hiding it later removes it, and its photo and video, from every wall.
Cat. 04How do I put testimonials on my website?+
Build a wall, choose a layout and theme, and copy one script tag (or an iframe) into your site. It works with website builders and hand-written sites alike, and updates by itself when you approve new testimonials.
Cat. 05Can I edit what a client wrote?+
No. A giver’s words are never editable, because an edited testimonial is no longer theirs. You can change how a name or title is displayed; the original stays stored.
