Part one · Collecting and publishing
Cat. 01What is Praiseboard?+
Praiseboard is a web app by DanixSoft for collecting written and video testimonials through one shareable link, approving the best ones, and embedding them on any website as a wall, grid or carousel.
Cat. 02How do clients leave a testimonial?+
You send them your collection link. They write a few sentences or record a short video in the browser, add a star rating, their name, title and optional photo, and tick a box agreeing to publishing. No account is needed.
Cat. 03Is anything published automatically?+
No. Every testimonial arrives in your inbox as pending. It only appears on your walls after you approve it, and hiding it later removes it, and its photo and video, from every wall.
Cat. 04How do I put testimonials on my website?+
Build a wall, choose a layout and theme, and copy one script tag (or an iframe) into your site. It works with website builders and hand-written sites alike, and updates by itself when you approve new testimonials.
Cat. 05Can I edit what a client wrote?+
No. A giver’s words are never editable, because an edited testimonial is no longer theirs. You can change how a name or title is displayed; the original stays stored.

Praiseboard is free during early access, with no card required. Pricing will be announced before early access ends, and nothing is charged automatically.
Part two · Consent, limits and walls
Cat. 07How is consent recorded?+
Each testimonial stores the moment the giver agreed and the exact sentence they agreed to, including that they can ask for removal at any time. Testimonials you import record that you confirmed you have permission.
Cat. 08How long can videos be?+
You choose a limit per collection link, from 10 seconds to 2 minutes (60 seconds by default). Files are capped at 25 MB for video and 5 MB for photos, in WebM, MP4, MOV, JPG, PNG or WebP.
Cat. 09Will the wall slow my website down?+
The embed script is tiny and loads the wall in a lazy-loaded frame, so your page’s own code and styles are untouched and the wall loads after your content.
Cat. 10Can a stranger spam my link?+
Each link accepts a limited number of testimonials and files a day (you set it), silently drops obvious bots, and nothing is public until you approve it. You can switch a link off at any time.
Cat. 11Are my walls indexed by search engines?+
Wall pages are kept out of search results by default, because they are your content on our domain. You can allow indexing per wall. Walls embedded on your own site are part of your pages.
Cat. 12Can I import testimonials I already have?+
Yes. Paste them in, separated by blank lines, with the author on the last line after a dash. You confirm you have permission to publish them, and they arrive as pending for you to approve.
